Liven Starts Construction of 179 Homes Under Contracts Worth Approximately €42 Million

On 23 October, Estonian property developer Liven announced construction contracts totalling approximately €42 million excluding VAT for 179 homes across its Regati and Iseära residential projects near Tallinn. The disclosed amount includes €28.3 million for the Regati phase and €13.7 million for the next Iseära phase, with completion planned for 2027 and 2028.
