Beirut–Bekaa Transport Link Study Creates Consultancy Opportunity

Lebanon’s Council for Development and Reconstruction has sought consultancy services for a feasibility study of the Beirut–Bekaa Transport Link, with submissions scheduled for 11 November 2026. The tender-document fee is $1,000, but the consultancy contract value has not been disclosed. Transport research firms, engineering consultants and infrastructure analysts can pursue the assignment; HPC can support market assessment and technical proposal development.
